Refund Policy

6. Insurance and Liability

Damage and Loss

In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our negligence, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our expense, subject to the following conditions:

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Photo documentation of the damage is required

  • Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear is not covered
